How do I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation by adding items on our website to your cart and checking out. We will contact you about your order and go from there. You can also contact us through our website, by phone, or by email. We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability.

Yes, we offer delivery services throughout the Salt Lake Valley, Utah County, Tooele County, Davis County, and up to Park City and Heber areas. Delivery fees vary depending on the location.

Do you have a minimum you must order?

No we do large orders and small orders, with no minimum. We do last minute orders as well if we have the inventory. Please be aware, linens might not be available for small or last minute orders.

Generally we ask that all items are returned in the same condition they were received.

Yes, we typically require a deposit to secure your reservation. The deposit amount will vary depending on the size of the rental order, but is typically 25%.

We accept credit cards, and a link will be sent to you to make that payment in our secure system. We do not take credit card information outside of our system.

How long is the rental period?

Our standard rental period is 1 day. However, we can accommodate longer rental periods upon request. We are also flexible with our delivery and pick-up options, often delivering the day before and picking up the day after.

You are responsible for any damage or loss to rental items during the rental period. Please refer to our rental agreement for details on liability and replacement costs.
