Do you deliver?Yes, we offer delivery services throughout the Salt Lake Valley, Utah County, Tooele County, Davis County, and up to Park City and Heber areas. Delivery fees vary depending on the location.

Can I pick up my rental items?Absolutely! We offer customer pick-up options from our location in Herriman.

What types of events do you rent for?We cater to all types of events, from small gatherings and birthday parties to large weddings, corporate events, and community festivals. We love them all!

What if I don't see the item I need on your website?Please ask us! We're constantly expanding our inventory and may be able to source the item you need before your event.

Do I need to clean the rental items before returning them?Generally we ask that all items are returned in the same condition they were received.

How do I make a reservation?You can make a reservation by adding items on our website to your cart and checking out. We will contact you about your order and go from there. You can also contact us through our website, by phone, or by email. We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability.

Do you require a deposit?Yes, we typically require a deposit to secure your reservation. The deposit amount will vary depending on the size of the rental order, but is typically 25%.

What are your payment options?We accept credit cards, and a link will be sent to you to make that payment in our secure system. We do not take credit card information outside of our system.

How long is the rental period?Our standard rental period is 1 day. However, we can accommodate longer rental periods upon request. We are also flexible with our delivery and pick-up options.

What happens if an item is damaged or lost during the rental period?You are responsible for any damage or loss to rental items during the rental period. Please refer to our rental agreement for details on liability and replacement costs.

What are your delivery fees?Delivery fees vary depending of the distance and complexity of the delivery. Please contact us for a quote.

What is the delivery and pickup time frame?We will schedule a delivery timeframe with you prior to your event. We strive to delivery items on time and within the agree-upon window. We do not do deliveries or pickups on Sundays. Contact us for arranging the details around events held on Sundays.
